Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Acute Care RN to join our dynamic medical team. As a Permanent Acute Care RN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety standards. You will work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, where you will have the opportunity to utilize your acute care, RN, and BLS skills to their fullest potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in a variety of acute care settings, including emergency rooms, intensive care units, and medical-surgical units.
  • Assess patients' conditions and develop appropriate care plans based on their individual needs.
  • Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide wound care as needed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
  • Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans.
  • Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license and BLS certification.
  • 2+ years of experience in acute care settings.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
