Qualifications:
- Act as the first point of contact, answering phones and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with vendors, coordinating services as needed.
- Assist in the administrative workflow to ensure efficiency and productivity within the office.
- Coordinate scheduling and calendar management, organizing meetings, and preparing agendas.
- Edit and proofread documents, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in the preparation of bids, compiling necessary documents and information.
- Manage construction licensing, ensuring all licenses are current and compliant.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required, such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role within the construction industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with scheduling, calendar management, and preparing meeting agendas.
- Knowledge of construction licensing and bid preparation.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
