We are an award winning Agency, with several office throughout New England, and we are seeking an Administrative Assistant to help support our daily office functions! This role is required to be in-office, 5 days per week, and does not currently offer any remote or hybrid schedule.

This position is open due to sustained growth within our Manchester office and we would love for you to be a part of our office!

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with experience to join our fast-paced team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity to work in a highly collaborative team environment, where your contribution will be valued and rewarded. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Insurance teams, assisting with client management, and ensuring smooth operations in our office.

Responsibilities:

As an Administrative Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Providing comprehensive administrative support to our Sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence
2. Assisting with client management, including setting up new client accounts, processing insurance applications, and handling client inquiries
3. Coordinating with insurance providers to obtain quotes, process claims, and resolve issues
4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in our database
5. Assisting with the preparation of sales presentations and marketing materials
6. Coordinating travel arrangements for the Sales team as needed
7. Assisting with special projects as assigned by management

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Administrative Assistant position will have:

1. A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in an office environment, insurance experience a plus but not necessary
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
3. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills
5. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance providers
6. A keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work
7. The ability to work independently and as part of a team
8. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to take initiative
