Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and third parties to gather necessary information and guide clients through the settlement process.
- Draft legal documents, including demand letters, responses, and settlement proposals.
- Track case progress and ensure timely follow-up on all deadlines and deliverables.
- Maintain accurate client information in the CRM system and ensure case files are up-to-date.
- Collaborate with legal team members and support staff to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Provide consistent, empathetic support to clients undergoing financial hardship.
