Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our consulting team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Manage and maintain financial records in accordance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters.
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits.
- Facilitate client communication and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for clients and management.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with financial software systems is a plus.
