We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic Sales team. This is a permanent full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong understanding of administrative tasks within the sales industry.

Responsibilities:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by performing a variety of administrative duties. Key responsibilities will include:

1. Providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
2. Managing and maintaining sales records, updating customer databases, and generating sales reports.
3. Processing invoices, expenses, and vendor payments in a timely and accurate manner.
4. Assisting with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
5. Handling correspondence with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
6. Coordinating with the finance department to ensure accurate tracking of sales and expenses.
7. Assisting in the preparation and organization of promotional events.
8. Performing other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably within the sales industry.
2. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
4. Experience in processing invoices, managing expenses, and dealing with vendors.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. The ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment.
7. A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. A high level of discretion and confidentiality.
9. A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
