Job Details

Here are some of the expectations we have for this role:

Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, taking notes, coordinating tech support, and managing special projects. Prioritize and manage multiple projects; track critical dates and deadlines to meet goals. Act as liaison between management and internal/external teams. Assist with reports, presentations, and special projects. Coordinate meeting logistics. Perform other duties as assigned. Work closely with other support staff.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • 3+ years of Administrative assistant experience supporting leadership teams
  • AA or BS preferred (not required)
  • High level of proficiency with computers and office programs (MS Office)
  • Be able to work onsite in our Fairfield office
