Job Details

You will work closely with field leadership to coordinate work in active, highly regulated facilities where stakeholders are often engineers, facilities teams, and compliance-driven personnel. This role requires someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable operating in environments where expectations are high and timelines are tight.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project estimates, schedules, and bid packages
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting notes, and ongoing project documentation
  • Oversee change order pricing, cost tracking, and financial performance (WIP, T&M billing)
  • Lead stakeholder meetings and maintain alignment across clients, field teams, and partners
  • Coordinate closely with field teams to manage sequencing, execution, and risk mitigation
  • Drive project closeout including punch lists, documentation, and final invoicing
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and secure environment protocols
  • Support and mentor junior team members as needed

What We’re Looking For:
  • 3–8 years of commercial construction experience with full project lifecycle exposure
  • Experience in tenant improvement, interiors, or high-volume project environments
  • Exposure to technical, regulated, or secure project settings (aerospace, manufacturing, healthcare, or similar)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a high level of responsiveness
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency with construction management tools (Procore or similar), scheduling software, and Bluebeam
  • Familiarity with building codes, safety standards, and compliance-driven environments
  • Ability to pass background checks for secure project environments
