Job Details

We are looking for a talented Associate to join our Affordable Housing and Community Development practice group. This is a great opportunity to be part of a collaborative and nationally respected team focused on affordable housing transactions and multifamily real estate finance.

What We’re Looking For:

2–4 years of experience working on multifamily and/or commercial real estate matters, either at a nationally recognized law firm or in-house with lenders, developers, or property owners.

Familiarity with agency financing programs, particularly Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, or FHA, is strongly preferred.

Comfort and proficiency in drafting transactional documents.

Experience in affordable housing development, low-income housing tax credits, tax-exempt bond financing, or HUD subsidy programs is a plus.

Strong academic background, excellent writing and analytical skills, and a collaborative, client-service mindset.

Must be admitted to the DC bar or immediately eligible for admission by waiver.
