Job Details
As an AI Automation Specialist, you’ll drive operational efficiency by identifying, designing, and implementing intelligent automation solutions across the organization. You’ll partner with leaders in Operations, Finance, HR, Guest Services, and more—bridging business needs with technical implementation.
You’ll leverage AI tools, automation platforms, and system integrations to eliminate repetitive tasks, reduce human error, and unlock scalability. From API integrations to multi-step workflow design, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming how the business operates.
What You’ll Do
Identify workflow bottlenecks and design automation solutions to improve efficiency.
Build and maintain integrations (APIs, webhooks) that connect systems and create seamless data flows.
Implement modern orchestration platforms (Zapier, n8n, Make, etc.) for multi-step workflows.
Deploy AI-powered automations to enhance decision-making and data processing.
Develop monitoring dashboards and alerting systems for process performance.
Collaborate with engineering teams on scalable technical implementations.
Document, train, and evangelize automation best practices across teams.
Track metrics like time saved, error reduction, and productivity improvements.
What They’re Looking For
Process Optimizer: You see inefficiencies and naturally think about smarter, automated ways to solve them.
Technical Fluency: Strong experience with Python, SQL, APIs, and system integrations.
Automation Toolkit: Skilled with orchestration platforms (Zapier, n8n, Make, etc.).
AI Enthusiast: Experience applying AI tools to workflow automation.
Communicator: Able to explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
Collaborator: Comfortable working across departments and with engineering teams.

4+ years in automation engineering, BI, or technical operations.
Hands-on experience with APIs, REST/GraphQL integrations, and data pipelines.
