AmLaw 100 | Litigation Paralegal Opportunity (Hybrid)

A leading law firm with a national presence is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for its office in Los Angeles. This role is ideal for highly motivated individuals with a strong background in litigation, preferably gained in a large law firm setting. E-discovery a must, and trial experience a plus!

Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Practice: Complex commercial cases and construction litigation. Support a broad range of litigation activities, including case management and trial preparation.
• Draft, analyze, and manage legal documents and discovery materials in a dynamic team environment.
• Manage E-discovery and be capable of prepping for trial.
• Apply knowledge of the California/Federal Rules of Civil Procedures and California Statutes effectively.
• Exhibit strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure the delivery of exceptional legal services.

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of litigation experience, with a strong preference for experience in a large law firm.
• Proficiency in computer applications and litigation support software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Relativity. Candidates with other platforms and willing to learn new eDiscovery platforms quickly are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
