The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic Analyst with 3–6 years of real estate, finance, or brokerage experience. This is not a “checklist” role — it’s built for someone who wants to own their work, think independently, and operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where processes are being built as we go. The ideal candidate has strong Excel and proforma modeling skills, underwriting experience, and a foundation in marketing. Key Responsibilities
Build and run complex financial models and proformas in Excel
Support underwriting, valuations, and analysis for acquisitions and development projects
Conduct market research and assist in preparing offering memorandums, client packets, and presentations
Partner with senior leadership on closings, due diligence, and active deal flow
Contribute to marketing efforts, including property materials and outreach campaigns
Take ownership of deliverables in a highly collaborative but autonomous environment
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
3–6 years of experience in real estate, brokerage, underwriting, or acquisitions
Advanced Excel skills; ability to confidently build and manage proformas
Strong analytical and financial modeling experience
Basic marketing skills with an eye for professional materials and presentations
Confident, self-driven personality with comfort in an evolving and entrepreneurial environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits
