Job Details
This role is focused on high-volume data entry and invoice processing within the Accounts Payable (AP) department. Responsibilities include verifying invoice accuracy, reconciling accounts, processing vendor payments, maintaining vendor records, and supporting month-end close activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and code vendor invoices, check requests, and credits.
Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments.
Maintain AP files and assist with monthly close.
Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Set up and update vendor records.
Assist with internal and customer billing questions.
Support special projects and other accounting tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; some college accounting coursework preferred.
2+ years of AP or accounting experience, preferably with ERP systems.
Strong data entry, detail orientation, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn new software.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and follow through on projects.
