Must have:
- 5+ years of progressive Accounting and Accounts Payable experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role.
- Strong accounting foundation, including General Ledger (GL), debits, and credits.
- Proven knowledge of PO-to-invoice terms and payment processes.
- Hands-on experience with check authorization, processing, and printing.
- Proficiency with SAP, expense integration, and credit card reconciliations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Industry experience in Construction, Oil & Gas, or Automotive Retail

Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AP Manager to oversee accounts payable operations, and lead a small AP team. The ideal candidate will bring both hands-on accounting expertise and proven leadership experience to help drive process improvements and support the company’s financial objectives.
