Job Details


We are seeking a detail-oriented AP Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of Accounts Payable (AP), including invoice entry, matching invoices to checks, obtaining signatures for checks, and distributing checks accordingly.

Responsibilities:
  • Process and enter high volumes of invoices into the system accurately and efficiently
  • Perform 2 and 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts to ensure accuracy
  • Match invoices to checks, obtain all necessary signatures for checks, and distribute checks accordingly
  • Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any discrepancies in invoices and payments
  • Maintain accurate and organized AP files and records
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve any invoice discrepancies


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable role
  • Proficient in data entry and management, with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of 2 and 3-way matching
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Experience with accounting software and databases
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
