Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Maintain confidentiality and safeguard company information.
- Oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process, from receiving invoices through to final payment.
- Accurately review, code, and process invoices with proper approvals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve invoice or payment discrepancies quickly and effectively.
- Prepare vendor payments, including ACH, wire transfers, and check runs.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and statements to ensure accuracy.
- Track and post corporate credit card expenses.
- Provide audit support by preparing and organizing AP-related documentation.
- Assist team members with additional AP functions and projects as needed.
- Recommend and help refine improvements to AP processes and workflows.
- Adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures in all AP activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education in accounting or finance is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an accounting role, with hands-on knowledge of accounts payable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data entry abilities.
