Job Details

What You'll Do

  • Process invoices, POs, and expense reports — match against receiving documents and verify accuracy/approvals
  • Enter and maintain vendor invoices in the accounting system
  • Reconcile AP transactions and monitor vendor account status
  • Run weekly check runs, ACH/electronic payments, and wires
  • Resolve vendor discrepancies and inquiries directly
  • Support month-end close (accruals, reconciliations)
  • Maintain audit-ready financial records

What You'll Need

  • High school diploma required; Accounting/Business degree a plus
  • Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and strong Excel/MS Office skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential financial info with integrity
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines
