Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Draft and edit appellate briefs, writ applications, and motions for state and federal courts.
- Research and analyze complex legal issues to develop strong appellate strategies.
- Prepare and present oral arguments before appellate courts.
- Collaborate with trial teams to preserve issues for appeal and develop post-trial strategies.
- Advise clients and trial counsel on appellate matters and legal trends.
