Responsibilities:

Installing, servicing, and repairing various household appliances, such as refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, and more
Possessing a working mechanical knowledge, including the use of tools and test equipment
Swiftly responding to customer calls regarding issues or malfunctions
Evaluating and troubleshooting problems
Providing warranty service and repairs, as well as options, estimates, and timeframes
Completing invoicing and service-related paperwork
Demonstrating high-level customer service and communication skills
Exhibiting manual dexterity and physical stamina
Possessing elevated mechanical aptitude and capability
Being self-motivated, enthusiastic, and positive
Being a team player in all communication and actions

Requirements:

2+ years experience as an appliance and refrigeration technician
Experience performing sealed system repairs on residential refrigerators
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Possess and maintain a valid state driver's license for the state in which you are applying
