Job Details

The Senior Application Developer plays a key role in advancing technology-driven initiatives by designing, developing, and maintaining custom software applications that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. This position supports strategic business goals through innovative technical solutions and collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain internal software applications that support critical business operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external users to identify system improvements and tools that enhance workflow efficiency
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues to ensure seamless business operations
  • Implement new features and enhancements to support internal teams and customer-facing platforms
  • Participate in and lead various technical projects and development initiatives as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 5–7 years of relevant software development experience
  • Proficiency in Object-Oriented Design and programming languages including Python, PHP (Laravel), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (Vue/Node)
  • Experience with relational database systems such as SQL and PostgreSQL
  • Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools like Matillion and cloud platforms such as AWS preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proven ability to identify problems, analyze solutions, and implement effective resolutions
