A bit about us:

Responsibilities:
Assist users with technical questions or issues related to products or applications. (.Net shop: C#, .NET, ASP.NET, SQL, Azure)
Act quickly to analyze available data and determine cause of the technical issues.
Develop a solution to resolve the issue or refer the issue to the Development Team for resolution.
Maintain detailed log of issues and resolutions and provide updates and progress reports to end users throughout the process.
Create, maintain, and update SOP documents for recurring or anticipated issues.
Work with the Development Team to manage Deployment of Software updates.

Job Details

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related area
2+ years' of experience in technical support/ application support
Proficient with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL, Microsoft Window servers, systems, applications and tools
Superior analytic and problem-solving skills
Familiar with Jira or other ticketing system
Familiar with updating system’s certificates, service packs, licenses
Knowledge of application deployment process and with software installation and maintenance
Knowledge of PowerShell or Command line is a plus
Basic scripting and/or basic development experience or scripting languages is preferred
