Job Location: 100% REMOTE, preferably in Nashville or residing in CST, but open to any residents in the US
Work Schedule: 40 hours/week, M-F
Pay Rate: $30/hr.-$40/hr.

Job Details
We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional to help reconcile and clear approximately $6M in outstanding collections. This is a hands-on, highly manual project — ideal for someone who’s comfortable working line by line, invoice by invoice, to ensure every dollar is accurately accounted for.

- Reconcile accounts receivable records to ensure all payments are correctly reflected.
- Review and verify invoices, credits, and collections—down to the individual transaction level.
- Identify discrepancies and work with Sales and Operations teams (bilingual staff) to resolve them.
- Track progress for two major customers with ~$100K each in outstanding balances.
- Partner with internal teams to confirm all funds are either collected, in process, or written off.
- Provide clear documentation and updates on reconciliation progress.
Must have:
- 1 yrs of experience doing AR/AP/Payroll with payment/invoice experience
