Job Details
MUST HAVE
+ Licensed Architect in the State of New York.
+ 5–10 years of architectural experience, with a strong background in K-12 and higher education design.
+ Thorough understanding of SED procedures for public school projects.
+ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and client expectations effectively.
RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Lead and contribute to all phases of design and construction for K-12 and higher education projects.
+ Interpret and implement New York State Education Department (SED) requirements for public school facilities.
+ Stay up-to-date with SED procedures and ensure compliance throughout project delivery.
+ Build strong client relationships, understanding their vision and ensuring project goals are met.
+ Participate in business development efforts, identify new opportunities, and support strategic growth initiatives.
