Job Details

Qualifications -

+ 8 or more years of professional architectural experience.
+ Registered Architect (RA) required.
+ Proficiency in Revit; working knowledge of visualization tools such as SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Suite.
+ Expertise in construction documentation, detailing, and coordination.
+ Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor team members across experience levels.
+ Solid understanding of building codes, ADA compliance, and technical standards.
+ Experience in public, healthcare, or education projects preferred.

Responsibilities -

+ Lead production and coordination of design and construction documents.
+ Manage technical collaboration with consultants, contractors, and clients.
+ Conduct code research, quality control, and document reviews.
+ Guide project planning, design implementation, and documentation strategies.
+ Represent the firm in client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
+ Oversee construction administration including RFIs, submittals, and punch lists.
+ Support the development of junior team members and uphold firm standards.
