Architect

Position Overview:
Located in Cincinnati, Ohio, we are a leading construction company and we are looking for an Architect. The ideal candidate for this position
will be organized, detail-oriented and self-starting with a drive to succeed. You will be an important member of our team who value collaboration, fresh insight and bold talent.

Essential Job Functions:

• Develops and prepares budgets and estimated costs for client proposals/contracts
• Prepares written description of project scopes from preliminary plans and rendering
• Conduct site and construction inspections for information gathering purpose
• Coordinate construction documents with both internal and external architectural and engineering firms
• Review and make necessary corrections to detailed blueprints and specifications

Full time direct hire position

• Competitive base salary $100,000-$130,000

Must Haves:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Architecture required
• 8+ years of construction experience and estimating costs
• Experience in all stages of project delivery: Concept, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation and Administration
• Willingness to travel to job sites throughout the United States when necessary
• Knowledge of national building and construction codes, industry trends, building products, construction details and relevant rules and regulations
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or Revit, SketchUp and Microsoft Office suite
