Relationship-driven with deep and strong relationships with California Department of Education and Office of Public School Construction. Although K-12 projects are the main focus, the portfolio of projects also expands into commercial and residential, both new construction and renovation projects.

Job Details
Duties:
Requirements:
- Manage project team through planning and design phases
- Involved in the production of design concepts and schematics
- Planning and organizing construction documents.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of systems / processes
Requirements:
- 10+ years experience with Revit (preferred) or AutoCAD
- Experience with K-12 projects is strongly preferred
- BArch or MArch preferred
- Architectural License preferred
