Job Details:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Permanent Architect to join our dynamic engineering team. This is an exceptional opportunity to be a part of a collaborative team, working on a variety of projects, including residential and multifamily architecture. The successful candidate will be involved in all stages of the architectural process, from conceptual design through to completion, ensuring the highest level of quality and design integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in all phases of the architectural process, including project management, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop design solutions for residential and multifamily architectural projects.
• Create and develop architectural designs using 2D/3D software.
• Prepare architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in residential and multifamily architecture.
• Registered Architect or pursuing registration is preferred.
• Proficiency in 2D/3D software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Studio Max, or other related software.
