Job Details

What You'll Do
  • Partner with healthcare clients and internal teams to deliver impactful architectural solutions across a variety of project types and scales.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective verbal, written, and visual communication.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams and consulting partners through planning, design, documentation, and construction phases.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with project goals, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of design concepts from initial programming through project completion.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members while fostering collaboration and design excellence.

What We're Looking For
  • 8+ years of professional architectural experience, including at least 4 years focused on healthcare projects.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Professional architectural registration preferred; candidates with equivalent experience and qualifications will also be considered.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles, project delivery, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Working knowledge of applicable building codes, industry standards, and building systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at various stages of development.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, consultants, and project teams.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with healthcare facility planning, regulatory requirements, and licensing standards preferred. Additional experience in education, commercial, or institutional projects is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam, project management/document control software, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
  • Familiarity with sustainable design practices and industry sustainability standards is beneficial.
