Job Responsibilities:
Job Requirements:
- Prepares architectural plans and renderings, consults manufacturers, evaluates and selects materials, and observes architectural features in the field.
- Performs work requiring independent judgment in the evaluation, selection, and adaptation/modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.
- Assists in projects' technical design; provides planning/design/coordination consultation.
- Applies sound and diverse knowledge of architecture principles and practices in a broad array of assignments.
- Innovates where appropriate in process and design.
- Receives technical guidance on unusual or complex issues and supervisory approval on proposed project plans.
- Has demonstrated knowledge of current codes and their application.
Job Requirements:
- Licensed Architect preferred
- Experience with Healthcare projects
- Experience in Seattle is required
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Knowledge and practicing skills and presentation skills
- Completion of a minimum of 4 years Architectural Internship
