Architectural Project Manager - Hybrid Remote

With multiple locations in Northern California, we are a well-established Architecture and Design firm focused across healthcare and education projects. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with previous Healthcare project experience to join our growing team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Responsible for managing architectural project support teams including coordination of consultants
• Review both design plans and construction documentations to ensure accuracy, quality assurance, and necessary compliances and codes.
• Lead and oversee all phases of project development, including design, construction documentation, and administration.
• Manage project budgets and resources to ensure project success
• Create and manage proposals, project schedules, work plans, and cost estimates
• Develop and manage relationships with clients, agencies, and consultants
• Lead project meetings both internally and externally

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• Architectural License preferred
• 7+ years of Architectural experience including 2+ years as a PM
• Experience with healthcare projects
• Knowledge of Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and lead projects
