Job Details
We are seeking a personable, motivated, and highly organized individual to join our residential team in either our Beverly or Winchester office. As an Architectural Project Manager, you will lead mid- to large-scale high-end residential projects, serving as the primary liaison for clients. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining design quality, managing project coordination, overseeing internal teams and external consultants, and ensuring projects stay on schedule.
Qualifications:
Professional degree in Architecture from a U.S.-accredited program or equivalent; licensure preferred but not required
7–12 years of professional experience, with a strong emphasis on residential architecture
Proven leadership and management abilities, including experience mentoring junior staff
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office is required
Collaborative team player with a willingness to listen and consider diverse perspectives
Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Solid understanding of construction methods, documentation processes, and drafting standards
Exceptional attention to detail, both in design work and in reviewing drawings and field conditions
Excellent time management skills with a track record of productive and efficient work
Committed to delivering high-quality work and driven to consistently perform at your best
