We are looking for a talented and dynamic Architectural Project Manager with a focus on Single Family Residential and Multifamily projects to join our team! This is a permanent position for a professional who is passionate about creating beautiful, functional, and innovative custom home designs. With your advanced knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD, you will be responsible for overseeing all stages of the design process, from initial concept to construction administration. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee creation of detailed architectural designs for single family residential and multifamily projects using Revit and AutoCAD.
2. Collaborate with a team of architects and designers to develop design concepts and ensure they are feasible and cost-effective.
3. Create and present design proposals to clients, adjusting designs based on feedback and approval.
4. Oversee the architectural project management process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
5. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals in the implementation of the design.
6. Stay updated with latest trends and advancements in residential design and architecture to continually enhance the quality of our work.
7. Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle - from initial concept, through design development, to construction documentation and administration.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.
2. A minimum of 6-15 years’ experience in architecture, with a focus on single family residential or custom home design.
3. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is a must. Experience with other design software will be considered an advantage.
4. Strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and proficiency in residential design.
5. Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
6. Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey design ideas to clients and team members.
8. Experience in Multifamily Architecture is a plus.
9. Professional registration as an Architect is preferred, but not mandatory.
