A bit about us:
Creative 3D Solutions for your Real Estate Needs.
It's a whole lot less about us and our designs than it is about our clients and their projects. We know that a project has to work on a spreadsheet before it works on an easel, and that it has to work for tenants and their customers before it works for the project's owner. We take great care to focus on what will make sense in the market before we ever begin to draw a solution.
Our client is an innovative architecture firm that keeps up with all of the latest design tools and technology in the industry. From concept to construction, we create all of our work using 3D software (Revit). This allows us to produce all of the construction drawings required to build a project in an efficient and coordinated way. Additionally, by having our work in 3D, we can help owners visualize and market their projects using computer generated renderings and animations.
One of the things that sets us apart from other firms utilizing Revit for production is that each of our project managers is Revit/BIM proficient. This allows our best staff members to navigate, review, and update the project model in real time. This means that your project manager will be working to produce your documents alongside the team rather than directing changes through redlines and sketches. As a result, our project managers have a more in depth understanding of their projects which increases the response time of all of our decisions. There is also no “hand off” to construction administrative staff; your project manager will continue to work through CA to deliver your successful project. We have been able to leverage this business model to both reduce schedules and fees for our clients.
