Responsibilities -
Qualifications -
- Lead design and planning efforts across all phases of assigned projects
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring satisfaction, alignment with goals, and on-time delivery
- Coordinate consultant teams and monitor drawing progress
- Mentor and guide junior staff (3–5 team members depending on project scope)
- Oversee project communications, scheduling, documentation, and team assignments
- Develop and present design concepts and technical solutions directly to clients
- Prepare fee proposals, contracts, and project scopes
- Implement and refine design and production processes for improved outcomes
Qualifications -
- 8 or more years of architectural experience across all project phases
- Proficiency in Revit and strong project management skills
- Experience with K-12 or FEMA-funded projects is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Collaborative mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to St. Thomas (relocation support available)
