Job Details

Responsibilities -

  • Lead design and planning efforts across all phases of assigned projects
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring satisfaction, alignment with goals, and on-time delivery
  • Coordinate consultant teams and monitor drawing progress
  • Mentor and guide junior staff (3–5 team members depending on project scope)
  • Oversee project communications, scheduling, documentation, and team assignments
  • Develop and present design concepts and technical solutions directly to clients
  • Prepare fee proposals, contracts, and project scopes
  • Implement and refine design and production processes for improved outcomes


Qualifications -

  • 8 or more years of architectural experience across all project phases
  • Proficiency in Revit and strong project management skills
  • Experience with K-12 or FEMA-funded projects is a plus
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Collaborative mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, creative environment
  • Residency in or willingness to relocate to St. Thomas (relocation support available)
