Responsibilities:
- Develop and modify architectural Revit models for various multifamily projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established design standards.
- Produce detailed construction drawings, including plans, sections, and details, to communicate design intent and facilitate construction.
- Participate in project planning and design meetings, contributing creative and practical design solutions.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop sustainable design strategies, with a focus on achieving LEED certification.
- Coordinate with other design professionals, including engineers and consultants, to ensure integrated and comprehensive design solutions.
- Conduct design reviews and quality control checks to ensure compliance with design standards, building codes, and client requirements.
- Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology to optimize design efficiency and facilitate project coordination.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in architectural design and Revit technology.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on multifamily projects.
- Proficient in Revit and other BIM software, with a strong understanding of architectural modeling techniques.
- Experience in producing construction drawings, including plans, sections, and details.
- Knowledge of sustainable design strategies and LEED certification process.
- Familiarity with wood construction techniques and principles.
- Strong design skills, with the ability to develop creative and practical design solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Knowledge of building codes and industry design standards.
- Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning in architectural design and Revit technology.
