You Will Be Responsible For

  • You will have responsibility and accountability for the P&L of an Area Sales and Service Team.
  • Effectively lead the Area team to profitable sales growth while maintaining a strong focus on safety, efficiency, compliance, and integrity.
  • Work with and inspire leaders of adjacent teams to create a collaborative work environment.
  • Accounts located in West TN, Memphis, NW AL, North MS

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in chemical engineering, pulp and paper science and engineering, applied sciences or engineering with relevant experience
  • Experienced specialty chemical sales with a track record of sales success
  • Proven record of delivering results and leading teams to achieve business and team goals.
  • Ability to build a strong team atmosphere and culture for success that drives loyalty and team spirit and diversity.
  • Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of customer (businesses, organizational structure, value drivers, products/services, competitive market positions) and relevant industries and markets (economic trends, and value drivers, threats/opportunities, current growth and future potential)
