We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ASC Administrator to join our team. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the facility, including urological services, financial management, and compliance with healthcare regulations. This role is ideal for a professional who has a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and is committed to providing the highest level of patient care.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the daily operations of the ASC, ensuring that all procedures are carried out efficiently and effectively.
2. Manage the financial aspects of the ASC, including budgeting, financial planning, and cost management.
3. Ensure that the ASC complies with all healthcare regulations and standards.
4. Oversee the urological services provided by the ASC, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of patient care.
5. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the ASC.
6. Work closely with the medical staff to ensure that the ASC provides a high level of care to all patients.
7. Manage the staffing of the ASC, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
8. Oversee the purchasing and maintenance of medical equipment and supplies.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, physicians, and healthcare providers.
10. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the healthcare industry and implement changes as necessary.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration, preferably in an ASC setting.
2. Proven experience in managing the financial aspects of a healthcare facility.
3. Extensive urological experience, with a deep understanding of the procedures and treatments involved.
4. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders.
6. A strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.
7. A bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
8. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively.
9. The ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
10. A strong commitment to providing the highest level of patient care.
