Are you a dynamic, detail-oriented individual with a passion for construction and project management? We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Asphalt Project Engineer or Project Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to oversee and manage a variety of asphalt projects from inception to completion. You'll be working with a team of dedicated professionals in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment. Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Asphalt Project Engineer or Project Manager, you will:

Oversee and manage all aspects of asphalt construction projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.
Manage and negotiate Change Orders, ensuring all changes are documented and approved.
Develop and manage project budgets, monitoring expenses to ensure projects stay within budget.
Supervise subcontractor activities, ensuring their work aligns with project goals and standards.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, to ensure smooth project execution.
Implement and maintain safety protocols on all project sites.
Regularly report on project status, including progress, risks, and issues, to senior management.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2-7 years of experience in the construction industry, with experience working in Asphalt Paving
Solid knowledge of Heavy Civil construction processes.
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets.
A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
A commitment to safety and quality.
