Job Details
This position seeks an experienced Asset Care Manager to oversee facility and equipment maintenance, including utilities, process and packaging equipment, automation, and departmental budgets. The role emphasizes leadership in optimizing preventive and predictive maintenance, managing CMMS systems, regulatory compliance, and equipment life cycle management. This individual will also contribute to equipment redesigns, risk assessments, and RCA/CI strategies to ensure plant reliability and operational excellence.
Key Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent, with 10+ years in a production environment involving consumer-packaged goods, electronics, instrumentation, or mechanical systems.
Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading teams in a food or beverage manufacturing setting for 5+ years, emphasizing subservient leadership and team-first mentality.
Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of processing, packaging, and utility equipment life cycles, including troubleshooting and performance optimization.
Safety and Compliance: Familiarity with GMP procedures, food safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
Communication Skills: Effective communicator with cross-functional collaboration experience across departments.
Adaptability and Commitment: Willing to travel up to 10% annually for training and inter-site support, demonstrating flexibility and dedication.
