**This position is fully onsite - no hybrid or remote schedules will be considered**

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist the Controller in daily financial operations management.
• Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy and GAAP compliance.
• Aid in budgeting, forecasting, and report generation.
• Monitor financial performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Support closing processes and internal control development.
• Liaise with external auditors and resolve audit findings promptly.
• Supervise accounts payable tasks.
• Provide financial analysis for strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate across departments for timely financial information.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CMA is a requirement.
• Big Six audit experience is advantageous.
• 3-5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience (healthcare experience is a plus).
• Strong GAAP and financial reporting knowledge.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with financial audits and compliance.
