Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Maintain general ledger accuracy, reconcile accounts, and post journal entries
- Support accounts payable/receivable processes and vendor management
- Help with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Provide financial support for internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with project teams to oversee disbursements for real estate development
- Support financial reporting for development budgets and lender requirements
- Collaborate across departments to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting or finance
- Strong proficiency with QuickBooks
- Solid understanding of GAAP
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
