Qualifications:

- High school diploma with 5+ years accounting experience; associates or bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting preferred
- Recent job cost/work-in-progress(WIP) accounting experience, construction background preferred
- Experience with Yardi software
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures
- Proficient in data entry and time management
