We are looking for a great leader or someone with enough expertise / experience to make that next move into leadership from a Managerial or Director level role.


Financial Leadership & Operational Excellence

Drive daily accounting operations across AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger while supporting the Controller in producing timely, accurate financial statements
Ensure rock-solid GAAP compliance while preparing comprehensive financial analyses, budgets and forecasts that inform strategic decisions

Key Responsibilities

Spearhead bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
Partner cross-functionally to deliver precise project cost accounting
Design and implement robust internal controls to protect company assets
Lead external audit coordination and tax compliance initiatives

Process Improvement & Team Development

Champion the evolution of accounting systems and processes
Mentor accounting team members, fostering growth and excellence
Produce insightful financial analyses to guide senior leadership decisions

Technical Proficiency

Expert knowledge of GAAP standards and regulatory requirements
Strong background in audit preparation and tax compliance
Proven ability to optimize accounting workflows and systems
