Job Details
What You'll Bring / What You'll Do: Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in commercial construction, including at least 5 years managing teams within concrete or self-perform trades. A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities include:
Leading all field operations for the Concrete Division, including safety, productivity, scheduling, and quality.

- Mentoring and managing superintendents, foremen, and field staff.
- Coordinating constructability reviews, logistics, and preconstruction planning.
- Supporting procurement, estimating, and business development initiatives.
- Monitoring WIP reports, cost-to-complete, and manpower utilization.
- Representing the firm at industry events and internal strategic committees.
- This position requires flexible hours, reliable transportation, and a hands-on leadership style that balances big-picture strategy with field-level execution.
