What You Need to Apply:

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years related experience
• Experience with K-12 projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• BIM and LEAN experience
• Ability to understand and interpret contracts, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules

What You Will Be Doing:

• You will act as the liaison with architects, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, inspectors, and other staff involved with the projects
• Manage project budget
• Assess submittals and shop drawings and determine conformance to contract specifications
• Negotiate change orders and manage the communication of changes as well as obtain necessary approvals
• Oversee the close-out process and prepare final records
• Schedule and manage subcontractor trade coordination, preconstruction, and submittal review meetings
