Job Details


Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. 7-15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
3. Significant experience with professional liability, including malpractice claims and risk management.
4. Excellent knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and industry trends.
5. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract negotiation and drafting.
