Assistant General Counsel Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant General Counsel to join our dynamic healthcare team. As an Assistant General Counsel, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice, guidance, and support to ensure that our organization is operating within all applicable legal parameters. This role involves a high level of interaction with senior management, making it a highly visible and influential position within the company

1. Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of issues related to professional liability, including malpractice claims, risk management, and patient rights.

Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. 7-15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
3. Significant experience with professional liability, including malpractice claims and risk management.
4. Excellent knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and industry trends.
5. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract negotiation and drafting.
