We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Clinical Coordinator Registered Nurse to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers an opportunity to work in a variety of specialties within the medical industry. Responsibilities:

As a Clinical Coordinator Registered Nurse, you will be expected to:

1. Coordinate and supervise the delivery of high-quality patient care in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
2. Develop and implement nursing care plans based on patient assessments.
3. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
4. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding medical conditions and treatment options.
5. Ensure that all clinical operations comply with established nursing standards and regulations.
6. Participate in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of nursing staff.
7. Collaborate with management to improve clinical services and patient outcomes.
8. Assist with the management of departmental resources, including budgeting and staffing.
9. Participate in continuous education and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must possess the following:

1. A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
2. A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado.
3. A current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
4. Eligibility for a compact license.
5. A minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a variety of medical specialties.
6. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively coordinate a team.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
9. Proficiency in electronic medical record systems and other healthcare technologies.
10. A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
