Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Assist in the planning and implementation of affordable housing projects.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and government officials, to ensure all project requirements are met.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including LIHTC requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders and team members.
- Uphold the highest standards of quality and safety in all project activities.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in project management, specifically within the affordable housing and construction industry.
- Proven knowledge and experience within real estate development and construction management, preferably in the affordable housing sector.
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- A strong commitment to ethical business practices and promoting affordable housing initiatives.
- Professional certifications in Project Management (PMP) or Construction Management (CCM) are a plus.
