The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for ensuring projects proceed safe, accurate, and smooth. This position serves as a liaison between the client, the construction project manager, and the many subcontractors that will be on and off site daily. You will report to, collaborate with, and follow the direction of the Project Manager(s) and Superintendent(s) assigned to your projects.

Job Details
- 3+ years of construction experience
- Work directly with the PM's/Super to help deliver on project goals
- Assist with materials procurement
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of building codes
- Safety first mentality and quality record of OSHA compliance
- Ground up experience a plus
- Strong computer skills including MS Office and Procore or other construction software
