Job Details
The Assistant Project Manager will play a key role in supporting the successful planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. This individual will work closely with senior project managers, field staff, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule and within budget. The Assistant Project Manager will help manage day-to-day operations and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of various tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in construction or project management (assistant or coordinator level).
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of construction processes, site development, and materials handling.
Familiarity with project management software, MS Office Suite, and scheduling tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
